  • Telephony providers: Twilio for SIP connections
  • Google Calendar: When authorized by the user via OAuth 2.0, we access Google Calendar event data (titles, times, and attendees) to check availability and schedule meetings. Calendar data is accessed only in real-time during calls and is not stored on our servers. Access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Users can revoke access at any time in their organization settings.
  • Authorities: When required by law or court order

All our partners are subject to data protection agreements and operate in compliance with Brazil's LGPD and equivalent international regulations. Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data to third parties. Data obtained via Google APIs is not used for targeted advertising, data brokerage, credit assessment, AI model training, or any purpose unrelated to the application's functionality.

5. Data Security

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

Your data may be processed on servers located outside Brazil (primarily in the United States, where our AI and cloud providers are based). We ensure that such transfers are carried out with adequate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses approved by the ANPD (Brazil's National Data Protection Authority).

Our platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it immediately.
