User data deletion
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This page explains how to request the deletion of your data processed by Integra, including data received in WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger conversations.
1. Our role in data processing
Integra is a customer service platform that processes messages on behalf of the companies that hire it. When you talk to a company on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger, that company is the controller of your data: it decides how and why your data is used.
Integra acts as the processor, that is, the technology provider that processes messages following the company's instructions.
2. What data is processed
In the context of these conversations, we process:
- Content of the messages exchanged between you and the company
- Contact identifiers, such as phone number or account ID on the messaging platform
- Delivery metadata, such as date, time, and message status
We do not sell this data or use it for purposes other than the service provided to the company.
3. How to request deletion
You can request the deletion of your data in two ways:
3.1 Directly to the company you talked to
This is the preferred option, since the company is the data controller. Contact them through the support channels you already use and request the deletion of your data.
3.2 Directly to Integra
Send an email to contato@useintegra.com.br including the phone number or the account used in the conversation, so we can locate your data.
4. Response time
Deletion requests are fulfilled within 30 (thirty) days.
When a company disconnects from the platform, the data for that channel is removed after the 30-day retention window.
5. Facebook and Instagram
You can also remove the app's access directly in your Meta account: go to Settings, then Apps and Websites, find the app, and select the removal option. When removing the app, you can also request there the deletion of the data it received.
6. Privacy Policy
