Welcome to Integra! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered telephone answering platform, including all services, features, and functionalities offered through our website and application.
By accessing or using the Integra platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
1. Definitions
- "Platform": Integra's software, website, and services
- "User": Any individual or legal entity that accesses the Platform
- "Client": A User who subscribes to a service plan
- "AI Agent": A virtual voice assistant created on the Platform
- "Credits": A unit of consumption for the use of services
- "Content": Texts, audio, data, and materials belonging to the User
2. Registration and Account
2.1 Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you are representing a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2.2 Account Information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and use of the Platform.
3. Services Offered
Integra offers:
- Creation and configuration of AI voice agents
- Integration with SIP telephony providers
- AI-powered telephone call processing
- Batch calling functionalities (mass dialing)
- Multi-agent distribution (routing across multiple agents)
- Knowledge base and custom training
- Integrations with CRMs, calendars (including Google Calendar via OAuth 2.0), and other tools
- Dashboards and metrics reports
4. Plans and Payment
4.1 Available Plans
We offer different service plans with per-minute call pricing. Plan details are available on our pricing page.
4.2 Payment Methods
Payments are processed through Stripe. We accept credit cards, boleto bancário, and PIX. You authorize automatic billing according to the subscribed plan.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation penalties. Unused credits are non-refundable, except in specific cases assessed on an individual basis.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Make spam, fraudulent, or harassing calls
- Violate third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform or its servers
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Use AI to create illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
- Record calls without consent where required by law
- Violate telecommunications regulations (ANATEL)
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all content created, transmitted, or stored through the Platform, including agent scripts, knowledge bases, and call recordings.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
The Platform, including its code, design, trademarks, and technology, is the exclusive property of Integra. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process such content as necessary to provide the contracted services.
6.3 Use for AI Improvement
With your explicit consent, we may use anonymized interaction data to improve our AI models. You may opt out at any time in your account settings.
7. Availability and SLA
We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. For enterprise clients, we offer customized SLAs.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
- We do not guarantee that the AI will produce specific results
- We are not liable for failures of third-party providers (telephony, AI)
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integra, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of third-party rights
- Content you create or transmit
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reasonable cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notice on the Platform at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. General Provisions
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil
- Jurisdiction: The courts of the city of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our authorization
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
